What does the AI get to see?
Your message, column names and types, summary figures, and a sample of rows: up to 20 rows at a time and at most 200 in one reply. Not the whole file. “View AI context” under an answer shows exactly what was sent.
Does the AI change my data on its own?
No. It proposes; you review the preview and apply. Applied changes can be undone.
Where is my data stored?
On a server in Germany, operated by Contabo.
Who else processes it?
OpenAI, only when you use the assistant or an AI-assisted export, with storage switched off on our side. Google, only if you choose Google sign-in. The grid, sorting, filtering and saving work without either.
Which cookies do you use?
One session cookie to keep you signed in, plus a short-lived one during Google sign-in. No advertising cookies, and no analytics or tracking scripts on this site or in the app.
Who can see my workbooks?
Only you, until you share one with a person as viewer or editor, or create a read-only link. You can revoke either at any time. Assistant conversations are private to you, even on a shared workbook.
Can I delete my data?
You can delete a workbook yourself from My workbooks. That removes the file, its edit history, its sharing records and its assistant conversations. To close your account and delete everything linked to it, email admin@elfasyssolution.com. Stored assistant lookups are removed automatically after 30 days.
Do you sell my data or use it for ads?
No.
